How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?
If you are based in the UK: We aim for all orders to be delivered the next working day.
If you are an international customer: This does depend on where you are situated & DHL services but we do aim for 3-5 Working Days
Will Your Products Affect My Vehicle Warranty
Some modifications can affect your vehicle warranty but others may not.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any products will affect your vehicle warranty as your manufacturer/warranty provider will have their own policies. We would advise speaking to them or your dealership.
Do I Get A VAT Invoice/Receipt
Just get in touch with us and ask for a VAT invoice and we can provide one for you!

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Please Note: Due to the UK no longer being part of the EU, you will be liable for customs fees upon the goods arrival.
Can I Have My Order Delivered To A Service Point
Unfortunately due to the sizing of some of our parcels we DO NOT recommend ever getting your items delivered to a ParcelShop or Service Point of any kind, this can lead to delays in your order or even the item being sent back to us.
Why Do I Need To Pay Customs If I've Paid Shipping Charges?
Due to no longer being in the EU since brexit, we do not charge VAT on international orders. This is then instead replaced by the customs charges when you receive the parcel.
These fees are purely dictated by your local government and not by us.

Returns
Have A Question About Our Returns Procedures?
How Long Will My Refund Take?
Once we have received your return parcel from the courier, please allow up to 3 Working Days for your parcel to be inspected by our returns team but we aim to have all returns inspected same day.
Once we have inspected the item and reveiwed the return case we will be able to issue a refund, replace the item or come to some sort of resolution for you.
Please Note: Refunds will always be sent to the original payment method and take around 3-5 working days depending on payment method used.
My Item Arrived Damaged, What Do I Do?
Not To Worry At All!
We're very sorry that this damage has occurred, please always make sure you report any damage within 24 hours of receiving your items.

Please Note: Have your order number ready with any images/videos of the damaged goods so we can confirm and log the issue.
How Do I Return My Order?

What Is Your Returns Policy

But if you do return something to us, please make sure you meet the following criteria or we will unfortunately deny your request.
1. The product must be unused/not fitted
2. The product must be in the same condition it was delivered in
3. Returned in it's original packaging
4. A return logged with us
There are some cases which only partial refunds will be granted.
1. Any item not in it's original condition, is damages or missing components for any reason not due to our error.
2. The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3. The item is subject to our 15% trade customer re-stocking fee.
